As in the title - Thomann, please change photo or send me a made in Indonesia!!!
Otherwise, strings were rusty when I received it but Thomann sent replacement immediately I brought it to their attention.
Frets were rough so I had to polish them. Also had to give the high E nut slot a couple of runs with a file, no biggy.
Especially impressed with the tuners which work great. Stays in tune well enough.
Overall happy with this instrument, my first Strat and it seems to do what I believe Strats do.
Would probably be happier if price were more like € 160-200.
Speaking as a non-specialist/perfectionist.

If you're looking for a decent guitar in this price range, I don't think you can go wrong with this series of guitars. Especially the Olympic White really stands out and looks up to par with it's bigger brothers. But for an experienced player who has heard and played other guitars, this might not be satisfactory.

As with any guitar, your opinion comes from your taste. But I’ve just recently bought this one, and I’m impressed. I’ve heard from people that this guitar must have some flaws because of the price. Nope! It’s a 10/10 Stratocaster. You could sound like SRV and Jimmy Hendrix, and any other of your idols! I was looking for a cheap strat because I wanted that strat sound, and knew I might have had to change some things, but no need! Looove it!

Pros:
-sound
-feel of neck
-overall quality

Cons:
-new guitar, so slightly scratchy frets
Gone after some playing tho
-more yellow than the pictures show

Everything with it is nice! Even the color, I just didn’t expect it to look slightly yellow. Don’t hesitate!!!

This was a gift and the recipient absolutely loves it. She plays a couple hours every day and she loves the way she (the Squier) sounds, and the way she (the Squier) makes her (the girl) sound so good.
Ah, the magic of the electric axe. They do make you sound great though, right, Rockstars?
This beautiful Strat-style Olympic White guitar is a pleasure to play, she (the girl) says.
Highly recommended.
