Perfect replacement

I bought a Fender 50s reissue Telecaster but the existing pickguard was heavily scratched, bought this pickguard as a replacement and it was perfect.

It fit the guitar snugly and the holes lined up with the ones already drilled into the body.

I don’t know if this is a suitable replacement for guitars with the modern 8-hole pickguards, but it’s ideal for vintage style and reissue.

Durable plastic of a good thickness, I’ve had no issues with warping or anything else.

Klasse Qualität, das Geld ist gut angelegt, wenn man die Preis von "Nachahmer"-Produkten anschaut, die meistens vorne und hinten nicht passen.

Das kostet dann viel Zeit und Mühe, viel Feilen und Pfriemeln und meist ist das Ergebnis enttäuschend. Ich habe schon bei vielen Strats und Teles die Schlagbretter getauscht und das Ärgerlichste ist meist, dass die Bohrungen der Bretter nicht mit den Bohrungen der Gitarre übereinstimmen. Dann kann man zuspachteln und neu bohren, die Gitarre ist versaut und nicht mehr original.

Fender Schlagbrette passen auf Fender Gitarren wie die Faust aufs Auge. Ich habe das Brett draufgelegt, die Schrauben rein und fertig, so macht Gitarren tunen Spaß. Guter Preis bei Thomann, was will man mehr.
