Endlich hat ein Hersteller mal mitgedacht. Keine überdimensionierte und überteuerte Platte, auf der man verzweifelt nach irgendeiner Übereinstimmung zwischen Loch im Gerät und Loch in der Platte sucht, sondern einfach innerhalb weniger Sekunden zuverlässig angebrachte Winkel, die chic aussehen und zwei Fredenstein-Geräte (V.A.S.-Serie) passgenau auf einer HE im Rack fixieren.
Kann man natürlich auch für Geräte anderer Hersteller verwenden, da muss man aber natürlich erstmal die entsprechenden Löcher ins Gerät bohren. Sehr empfehlenswert wie auch die V.A.S.-Geräte selbst.

Ich habe zwei solche Sets und damit vier Fredensteins auf 2HE hübsch und sicher untergebracht. Der Hersteller meines Lieblingsvorverstärkers nimmt für die Hälfte an Material freche 89 € und seine Bleche sind dann auch noch grottenschlecht verarbeitet.

Hier fühlt man sich von Fredenstein wirklich ordentlich und fair bedient!

Als stolzer Besitzer jeweils eines V.A.S. Pre und Comp wollte ich die Teile endlich mal ins Rack schrauben.
Montage gelingt und macht einen guten, stabilen Eindruck :)

Die V.A.S. Serie ist wirklich günstig und liefert viel Bang for Buck. Wer keine Rackwinkel braucht, muss sie auch nicht mitbezahlen. Fredenstein weiss schließlich nicht, wer wieviele Geräte hat und wie sie genutzt werden. Das ist wegen des geringeren Preises kundenfreundlich und auch ohne Ressourcenverschwendung bzw Müllvermeidung nachhaltig ;)
Hätten die Geräte jeweils 20 Euronen mehr gekostet (inklusive Rackeinbaukit), hätte ich sie trotzdem gekauft.
Daher habe ich meinen anfänglichen Ärger über den Preis für ein bischen Metall runtergeschluckt und freue mich jetzt an meinen gut erreichbaren, fest im Rack verkabelten Fredis :D
