If you have a rack, use 'em. Period! I have a ton of these, tight everything I can. These help me a lot to keep everything in the usual place, distance and angle. Stong and durable stuff, and no need to overtighten anything on it to hold firmly! As I said, USE 'EM!

I love these as I find them much better compared to the ones that have a nut that can be turned by hand. Without the nut protruding, this fits under other clamps or in spaces where you could not fit somwthing else.

Ich habe ein Gibraltar Double Bass Rack und verwende eigentlich immer die die Memory Locks mit Flügelmutter, da man die bei Bedarf auch ohne Werkzeug (Stimmschlüssel) justieren kann. Da ich aber noch einen weiteren Tom gekauft habe und die Flügelmutter-Version gerade nicht erhältlich war, hab ich halt diese hier verwendet. Außer dem Antrieb der Schraube gibt es keinen Unterschied, die Klemme hält genauso stabil wie alle anderen. Und da man im Regelfall eh nur sehr selten an den Memory Locks rumspielen muss, ist die fehlende Flügelmutter für mich kein Problem.
