Quick Snap/Quick ReleaseThis Quick Snap is an adapter plug to mount an object to a hook or clamp in a fast and easy way. The mounting can be done with only one hand and in only a few seconds! No more the need for awkwardly having to position with one hand and locking with the other.

The locking happens mechanically through the insertion of the spigot into the receiver socket which secures the spigot in place. The rotation of the spigot can be further secured by tightening of a wing screw. The form-fitting lock prevents the wing screw from directly pressing onto the spigot.

Very usefull for lighting

I've bought these snap mounts to speed up my installation process of front lighting which i do on my tree stands. Adapter is fix mounted on T bar and spigot is fix mounted on my front lights. Its very usefull to quickly mount lights to T-bar. Also in my bag of lights there would not be enough room to have normal clamp installed whole time so to use only spigot which is small is very handy.
Build it very nice and firm and i think its good use especially with ppl who set their setup alone and are time dependant.

Eine gute Idee...

Die Idee des Quick Snap finde ich super.

Leider ist er nur mit dem Mini TV Zapfen von Global Truss Kompatibel (Irrtum vorbehalten). Was für mich auch der grösste Nachteil am Quick Snap ist.

Ich wollte ihn als Lösung um meine Dimmerbars schnell umbauen zu können. Da aber die Produkte von Global Truss und Manfrotto nur bedingt kompatibel sind, ist es doch keine Lösung. Der passende Zapfen ist einfach zu lange um ihn generell zu verwenden.

Ganz so Quick - "Snapt" er auch nicht, da sich der orginal TV Zapfen leicht verkantet.

Ich mache nicht viel mit Zapfenverbindungen. Diesmal war es die sinnvollste Lösung. Drangeschraubt und es klappt. Aber irgendwie dachte ich immer, dass das fester sitzen müsste.

Beim rausmachen hakelt es etwas.

Praktischer Schnellverbinder

Ich suchte nach einer Lösung meine Lichteffekte bequem und schnell an einer Traverse zu befestigen, ohne dabei ständig mit Flügelmuttern, die sich auch gerne mal lösen können, zu hantieren.

Bei diesem Adapter bin ich fündig geworden. Ich benutze ihn zusammen mit dem Manfrotto Zapfen (381861). Dabei kann der Zapfen mittels Sicherungsmutter fest am Lichteffekt verschraubt bleiben, während der Quicksnap an der Traverse bleibt.

Man löst die kleine Schraube (Achtung nicht zu weit raus drehen sonst fällt sie raus) und drückt den Sicherungshebel rein, nun kann man den Zapfen einstzten. Ja es ist teilweise etwas hakelig und braucht etwas Übung und man muss auf korrekten Sitz achten, aber dann ist es prima und schell zusammen gesteckt. Nun die Sicherungsschraube wieder rein schrauben und fertig.

Auf diese Weise kann man seine licht Traverse schnell mit unterschiedlichen Effekten betücken, zum Anlass passend.

Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.
