Not all holes are counter-sunk
Fits fine on my Fender MIM 50s strat, all holes lined up. Looks great to me, much better than the original single-ply guard it came with. I can't see how a more expensive pickguard could have been any better. (I own a few Fender ones too...) The holes for the pickup screws and selector-switch screws are not counter-sunk so you might need to get different screws from your original.

Fits well, looks well
I bought this pickguard for my Harley Benton ST62BK Hot Rod. All screws lined up and fit well and it was easy to install. I got a very desirable look for my guitar and it was easy to install.

Does the job, pure and simple
It's a good quality pickguard, decent price and fits right onto Harley Benton guitars no problem.
