Nachdem mich die Blätter von Alexander Reeds, Selmer und D'Addario Hemke leidlich befriedigt haben, war es das Gonzalez Classic Reed, welches für die positive Überraschung auf dem Sopran Saxophon sorgte. Gute Ansprache unten und vor allem, was ich bei den anderen vermisste, auch in den hohen Lagen. Das Instrument ist ein uraltes Kohlert Regent, braucht sicher mal eine Generalüberholung, doch das war mit dem Gonzalez Blatt nicht mehr zu spüren. Auch die Intonation war besser. Gespielt wurde auf einem Syos Mundstück, das auf meine Wünsche zugeschnitten fabriziert wurde.
