Its great in principle but....

Its a great design concept but unfortunately the spring mechanism in the unit for clamping onto the amp vibrates and makes noise when the amp is being played. Which for live gigs probably isnt a problem but for recording is an issue.
Still if i find a way to dampen the unit can and will be very useful.

OK for rehearsal room

I've had it for a few years. When set up, It does not hold it's position firmly enough for a concert situation. Once it broke in a bag and once I forgot it on a drum riser and the vibration broke it - some screws and small parts fell off. It's nice for saving some space in rehearsal room or home studio, but for live use I don't recommend it.
