Beware of digital clipping!

Long story short - this unit is clipping for everything hotter than strat single coil =(

Recently I tried to practice of the guitar DI, so directly in the interface without PC/DAW/plugins/etc. using direct monitoring feature (which I didn't use at all for guitars previously).
Receiver is maxing out at -18dB on interface input (with 0 gain on instrument input). Is it limiting or else I don't know.
Transmitter on the other hand giving that awful digital clipping for every pickup, except for the single coils, with high enough attack.
So p90 - clipping with moderate+ attack
Humbuckers - clipping with light+ attack

To summarize: based on my experience with the unit - its is suitable only for low strength signals, like single coil pickups. Everything hotter is clipping.

Was very excited. Not too much noise (for my taste), sounds great, works great. Used it until I needed to charge it, AND THEN....

Doesn't charge.
Transmitter is fine, receiver is busted. Seems like the build quality could be a bit better. I know it's one of the cheapest options, but 60EUR for something that is literally single-use is too much.
