Overall build is nice, but the locking mechanism is a little flimsy on mine (bends very easily). Guitar sits in it very nicely. However, it is insanely heavy. Because of the distribution of it's weight it feels much heavier than 9kg, so it's not fun to carry it in your hands. Will protect your guitar though, probably would withstand a tank driving through on top of it.

good heavy universal case
the body area is wide and spacious, to accomodate almost any guitar, but if you want a snug fit, buy some extra foam padding....heavy and rugged....as stated in my review of the harley benton guitar i ordered, it was being shipped to america....i bought the case JUST SO it would be protected during shipment...the guitar and case came togther, but packed separately inside a larger box....why would these guys NOT ship the guitar inside the case? ITS A FLIGHT CASE...thats what its FOR....right? still, it arrived intact, and im satisfied, just a bit confused on the line of thinking here...i would buy again, but i'd make sure to verbally ensure that the guitar was packed and shipped in the case that i ordered with it...i would definitely make this a common sense policy with the shipping department if i worked there.

Perfect for most types of guitar designs
I have an Eastwood GP, replica of the Ovation Ultra GP, who didn't fit in regular double cut or other generic cases and I found in this one the perfect fit.
Heavy but robust. The sponge/foam for the neck support could be a bit more solid.

Solid but heavy
I bought this because I wanted to check a guitar for a flight. I did, and the guitar was undamaged, which is a great recommendation considering the way airlines handle luggage these days. Very sturdily built, but big and heavy. I have never used it since that flight. Too big for the car really, I use another case or gig bag. It is heavy and takes up most of your baggage allowance on flights.
It is a heavy duty flight case. It is a good heavy duty flight case and good value for money. It was more than I needed really. Maybe the Rolling Stones will call me for a world tour and I'll get to use it again : )

ok for the price
Buying this one be prepared that all internal foam layers are badly done and needs to go out, your guitar will be loose inside and can easily be damaged, you gonna have to make your own foam layers to the size and shape of your guitar, also this case is very stout comparing to others.

Solid case
This solid case housed a baryton guitar, so it's roomy.
The only two things missing for a full grade is:
1: Wheels, since it's quite heavy
2: An extra sheet of foam so I can cut out the body form of the guitar. It rattles aabout in the case as it is now, so I had to wrap some bubbleplastic around it so it wouldn't get hurt during flights.

Good Quality flight case!
It's a good quality flight case! I'd trust it with any guitar!
The down points are it is very large.. a little bit too big to be practical in my opinion and there was no place for a lock but other than that it worked a treat!
