A mixed bag
Leonidas from XIV 20.02.2024
I do some light guitar adjustments and repairs and sometimes you need some tool but it is not worth getting a professional-grade tool, just that ONE hex key.

As such everything in this kit eludes "cheap" and I wonder if less wouldn't have been more. The capo is horrible and landed in the trash, the wire cutters are not super useful and the ratchet is so cheap, a fixed grip that feels more stable would've been better. I also hoped for a bit that can screw on these dreaded audio jacks as they keep getting loose and they're hard to grip on strats.

However, the string crank is kind of fun, the thickness gauges is probably the star of the set and the 3/16" hex wrench has been helpful for truss adjustment shockingly often. I just wish it was labelled as such (the metric keys are labelled).

I rather like the carrying bag, after throwing out the unusable bits it fits a small bottle of lemon oil and some additional tools I have so overall I don't regret the purchase.

Does the job
Potatoface 10.01.2023
Just did a full setup using these. It's great value at this price.
Except for the string cutter. Might work better on guitar strings, but it was a struggle with bass strings.

Good value for money
MalteseGuitarist 20.05.2018
These tools are well made overall. Sturdy and accurate enough for basic guitar setup tasks.

Pros:
Overall good quality
Value for money
Compact
Capo is quite good

Cons:
The magnet in the screwdriver does not hold the bits well, but they are still usable.
The cutter is a bit flimsy but does its job. It will only be used for strings, so it is good enough.

Of course, we all have tools for restringing and adapting neck on guitar. Anyway, my whole family use the same tool and sometime I need more time to find it then to restring guitar.

Pros:
all tools you need
price
quality of tools

Cons:
what kapo is doing in guitar toolikit?
Anyway, its good kapo...

So, i f you want to have all tools on one place (even kapo:) - great choice wit meaningful price!

Beginner toolkit

It’s ok. I have my own tools, and bought it because of the feeler gauges and tuning thingy. Everything else is a bonus. I can use everything from the pack on all of my guitars, and I’m happy. For 20€, it’s more then enough.

Okey tool set
Odd Gunnar 24.10.2022
The case is great. I after my personal preference swap some of the tools and put in some more to make a complete set for maintenance and set up. The price is the best part of it.

MF
Easy to use tool kit
Martin Flynn 16.07.2020
Quick and easy tool kit to use when setting up a guitar. I used mine on my dangelico and it worked perfectly fine. The string winder is a bit hard to get used to but once you have the hang of it everything's fine. Tip the heads for the screwdriver can be accessed by taking off the top of the screwdriver.
Pros: simple and easy to use
Cons: string cutter struggles on lower strings, string winder is hard to get used to
