Decent item for small uses
For a a big bass like a Sire V7, the holder doesn't sit properly. The top holder is not very stable though. The seat is not properly cushioned so you can't use for longer time. That said, for the price, this is a decent item to buy.

Great as a stool you use here and there
I bought it just to have it really,
If you want to put your guitar near your seat or want to have this for gigs or so it does the job, after a while some of the screws start to get loose and the stool itself starts shaking a bit. The idea is nice and you can't go wrong for the price, but it's not perfect for daily use!

Good stool, stand good for a cheap guitar!
As good as you could expect for the price. Not the most solid but as you'd expect for the price.
Mine was very squeaky but afew squirts of WD40 fixed this.
Folds up easily.
Holds a guitar on the back although I don't think I'd ever put a very expensive guitar on there, occasionally it catches the bit of plastic as I put it in, it's a little low quality as a guitar stand, and a much better stool.
If I bought again I'd probably spend a little more for a slightly better stool and forget about the stand functionality.

Had to shorten the stool before it was suitable .

good guitar stand :D
It is not the best stool one can imagine. The best thing about it, is that since I have it, nobody busted my guitar against the floor. If you have close to 100 kg, it will brake down the first time you sit on it. Luckily I am below that. it is not comfortable though.

Good stool that houses your guitar also,not the greatest quality but does what you need it to.
