Probably better than what you can expect
I've just bought four of these guitars, so far they seem to have some trustful "dignity", instrument finishes are not its strength but the guitar lets itself be played. Sound is acceptable, except for two of the guitars that also includes a metallic buzzing accompainment depending on the string you play, but nothing I wouldn't have expected for the money I payed, anyway I expect it to get better when I change the strings.
Visually they are very good, black is always a stylish color. Have in mind that pickguard is not much more than a sticker which come separatedly, I haven't put them yet and for now have no plans on doing it.
Recommended for people who know what they are doing, a guitar for your country house, for going to the beach, for playing at a party where that glass of wine is probably going to be spilt over it.
If you are a beginner who is going to seriously use it to practice, you should have someone around to guide you through a correct setting up (strings, action adjustment, tuning...), otherwise maybe you should consider to get a more out of the box reliable instrument.

Great Bargain
Okay, if you compare this to a Martin or Gibson, you will hate it. For a bargain guitar, say anything under $300, this guitar is really good. I enjoy the sound, and it is very playable. It compares to many affordable acoustic guitars that you can find at Guitar Center or your local classifieds.
I think the main weak point is the finishing. The frets are good, but not perfect. Just little details here and there. Again, this isn't a Gibson Hummingbird.
Compare this to a Rogue, Squire, Washburn, or Epiphone and I think you will be happy with this guitar.

Brilliant value
I source this guitar for a friend of mine as he wanted something reasonably priced for him and his son to play.I'd previously bought the natural version (twice) and was very impressed with the quality and finish for a budget guitar. My friend wanted the black one and yet again I was surprised at the level of finish and detail in such a low cost guitar.Definitely the best value beginners/second knockabout guitar on the market bar none.Highly recommended. With a little setup (took out unnecessary shim under saddle, polished the frets) you have a perfectly fine guitar for everyday use. Can't recommend highly enough at this price, absolute bargain.Beats epiphones,SX's etc. at twice the price, much nicer guitar.Buy one (or two, they're cheap enough to keep one for altered tunings).you won't be disappointed. My one small peeve is I could tell from the packaging that Thomann don't inspect these guitars.I suppose they sell a huge volume but a quick check would be nice ( although all I've bought were fine) Thanks Thomann

Well done for the price
The guitar is "playablaish" out of the box. First of all, it's a black gloss guitar. It's gonna get finger print the second you touch it. Frets need some TLC, they are fairly well filed at the binding but for first time player or a young person it might be too rasp. Slight color imperfections around sound hole. Tuners need some force, and experience, when turning to not snap the string. Overall a fine guitar for a first time player that will use it under teacher guidance or to use in hazard enviroments.

Decent starter guitar
The finish Is very good and it comes with an additional pickguard. It feels cheap in its handling but is pretty lightweight. The tuners are OK and the neck is just a little bit wider for my liking. The pins in the bridge are a pain in the ass to pull out, but I think if I buy different ones it won't be that much of a problem. The sound is surprisingly good, but with different strings. Trust me in buying the D'Addario EJ15 Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar strings along with the guitar and you won't regret it.
Overall it's a decent and cheap solution for a starter player.

Good decent sounding starting guitar with some not perfect details, but for this price? Not too much say about it.
Only bridge pins were so tight in holes, that I had serious problem to get them out.

Great guitar for the price. I had to do a few adjustments when I got it (change the strings, adjust the action, etc.) but it was very playable out of the box. There are still a few sharp fret ends that I need to sort out, but I would recommend this guitar. It looks great and sounds great.

Good busking guitar
This is a good guitar for busking. It's cheap and cheerful, cheap enough for you not to worry about using it in parks and on the streets, but still sounds reasonable.
The sound is decent, all the frets are in the right place and the intonation is good. A lot of cheaper guitars have an intonation problem, but this one is okay! The quality is obviously lower than on more expensive guitars, e.g. with cheaper tuning pegs, but this guitar still works well and serves its purpose.
I would recommend it for anyone that wants a cheap guitar to practice on and busk with.

Beginner's guitar
To be fair and honest: nice guitar for a beginner, after 4 years I can say this was a nice acoustic to begin with.
Cons: Maybe action is a little bit too high for my liking but that's not only personal but also something you can fix.

Decent guitar
Decent guitar for beginners, I bought this for practising chords when I don't wont to wake up the whole neighbourhood with my electric guitar. I didn't want a expensive guitar and for practising its great.
Cons it does feel cheap and the sound its not that great but for the price its decent enough.
