Opened Box and Head was snapped off.

After waiting a long time for delivery my package finally came today. My son was super excited to finally have a nice electric guitar. When we opened the box I was horrified. The neck of the guitar had snapped. The outside of the shipping box was pretty bad too so I'm not sure what it went through up to this point but the whole neck was completely off of the body and there were cracks in the body near where the neck meets it. Now my son has to wait a long time to get another one sent out. Not sure who is at fault here but they need to pack the guitars a bit better.
