This mini-amp is the champ. Seriously. Not because of it's sound quality (which isn't bad for what you get, but also not great), but because of it's build quality. This miniamp expects an inverted barrel jack connector (voltage on outer sleeve rather than ground), and it does say it on the side, though it's not easily apparent (part of the molded plastic so it has to catch the light correctly to see it). Well, I didn't know that, plugged a standard barrel jack A/C adapter in, and got the wonderful magic smoke. I thought it was done, but when I reversed the polarity, the amp STILL WORKED. Amazing. It only blew up one diode (probably responsible for protecting the 9v from being charged on A/C power). Line out doesn't seem to work, but I did smoke mine, so it might have before then. Oh well, still impressive for what you pay.

I bought this because I didn't want the hassle of a full scale amp and I have to say I was quite happy with the purchase. If you don't need anything professional and just need it to practice then go for it

Nifty little amp, I bought a new Harley Benton guitar so wanted to be able to plug in straight away so I didn't have to annoy the neighbours with my 100w amp ( I do anyway but at a reasonable hour of course 😉) . Really handy and can plug my head phones in and go all night, there's some hole areas to feed through a carry strap or clip on ya belt for on the go, gives out quite a decent sound too, needs a 9v battery which lasts ages, it looks cool too, highly recommend!

Yeah, like it is working and able to produce sound of your inputed guitar. What's may be better? Overdrive sound awful, but clean is pretty ok

Good for the price

Sound is about as good as expected. It has its charm. Clean channel is somewhat quiet until it starts to break up so i found overdrive channel more useful. It can produce cool gated sounds with fuzz. With power supply it buzzes but i dont consider it unbearable. Quality wise it feels cheap and mine came with red light that fell back in the cavity (easy fix).

All in all i recommend it but temper your expectations
