Harley Benton ST-Junior BK Standard Series

No matter what I do I cannot even get this into tune. I am now buying some better machine heads and a better bridge to try and get this in tune.
Other than that the guitar feels fine for the price point.

I bought this guitar to let my son experiment a little with an instrument and see if it clicks with him.
Unfortunately I have to say that it gets out of tune easily, but maybe because I have re-tuned it to standard tuning: it is as easy as pressing a little more on the string in the fret. It makes it super hard for a beginner to try and repeat his exercises without them sounding weird. I am not a beginner and I find it difficult to play as well because of this reason.

got this for my kid, the strings are terrible, the frets edges are rough, the tuners are poor quality. so to make it playable you must be prepared to spend more afterwards.

The two stars relates to the body, which is reasonably solid.

As for the rest...

Strings buzz badly, after working with the hardware managed to improve slightly but still buzzing on practically any fret.

One upset child, one frustrated adult. Wasn't expecting much for the money, but expected it to at least be playable.

I am not able to get 5th and 6th in tune. It was easy at my other guitars

My kid loved it but as for playing it its a bit hard
neck is about standard width, with a shorter scale
so out of proportion
