Good for the price
Perfectly fine product but not outstanding. You can buy single picks for silly amounts of money and get a perfect tone but this is a fun little bag.
The best thing about them is the feel in your hand but it doesn't translate to great tone when playing distorted. Just sort of softens the notes. A nice scratchy sort of quality clean and crunchy. The thinnest are best for this.
Great for beginners. I remember as a kid it felt great to have lots of plectrums. Yes, I used to call them that. It sounds like a rude body part looking back. Anyhow, yes, good stuff.

These are pretty rough, but...
The texture on these is quite rough -- straight out of the pack, you will hear this texture as it scrapes over the string, even if you keep a light grip. However, if you take 5-10 seconds to smooth up the parts that come into contact with the string, the scratchy pick sound disappears.

Build quality: thin picks are passable, thick picks are good-ish
Sound: I don't like it. I don't really regret buying them since they were so cheap. But I just don't use them. The only picks I liked were the thick ones, with medium picking strength I found a good "punchy" sound. The thinnest picks wore down quickly and are the hardest to hold. I imagine they might sound good on a nylon flamenco guitar?
When the thick picks started wearing down I started liking the sound less and less, two months in I stopped using them altogether and moved back to my old dying picks
