Good, budget friendly tuners
I bought these tuners for my Jackson JS12 Dinky, because the stock tuners were pretty crappy. They were wobbly, and some of them even started to fall apart after 2 years of moderate use.
I didn't want to spend a 100 Euros for a set of tuners, simply because it's a 150 Euro guitar.
The installation was quick, and easy, took about 20 minutes. No modifications needed, fits perfectly, even the mounting screws were spot on.
My only issue is that they are a little bit stiff, but might get better with use. I have Grovers, and Fender tuners on my other guitars, and the are wayyyy smoother, than the HBs.
A little bit of WD40 might solve this issue. Might try it on the next string change.
The tension is adjustable on the tuning pegs, just like with other brands.
They do the job. String change is much faster, than with standard tuners.
I'm not saying that I never have to tune ever, but it improved tuning stability for sure. I don't expect perfect tuning on a 150 Euro guitar anyway, even if the nut is well lubricated. Might be the headstock, and the string angle at the nut. No big deal.
All in all: if you are on a budget, and looking for a good set of tuners, try these out.

Cheap and effective
I needed some new tuners for my old Edwards EX75, which is a Gibson Explorer clone, and I didn't think twice before getting this set, especially when I saw the price.
You just can't go wrong with these, they come with everything you need to install them and Thomann provides all the measurements.
Everything about them is fine, except one thing: they're stiff. It's not the first time when I try out HB tuners, and every single time I did, they were stiff. Hopefully I just have badluck or something and they work for everybody else? I don't know, but that stiffness will make them a 4/5 for me, but again don't let that get in your way if you wanna buy them, they're worth every single penny. :)

If you want it it cheap
For the money, they are really good tuners. Easy to install, easy to change the strings. Tunig stability improved.
I had two minor problems, one is easy to solve, the other cost money:
- I had to lubricate the tuners, after that the worked much better
- I had to get new fixing screws, the original screws seem to be of very soft material

An excellent choice when you're on a budget!
I bought myself a secondhand Spear-guitar and I wanted to update the tuners. That's why I start searching Thomann for some locking tuners.
Quality
- The quality of the tuners are good for the price, everything feels solid.
- The turnability of the tuning pegs is a little bit stiff. To me, this is the only point of critic I can think of. When the tuning pegs turn it feels like there is some sort of friction as the don't turn that smoothly. But they do the job and keep the guitar in tuning for a fraction of the price the big companies ask for their tuners.
Conclusion
Would I buy this tuners again? Absolutely! The build quality is solid and the tuners are really easy to install. The positives cannot be outmatched by the one negative aspect of this tuners, as is the turnability of the tuners.

Locking tuners do wonders for string changing and having tuners this cheap you honestly can't go wrong

Much Cheaper than named brand
Great for the price. Not as strong feeling as more expensive brands but that is to be expected. Fitted no issue and no drilling required.

Nice Budget Upgrade
Bought these locking tuners as an upgade to the stock tuners on the Harley Benton TE20 HH SBK easy to install perfect fit (all the screw holes lined up ect)

High quality.
My main concern about these was about the quality. To my pleasure, these are very solid. No need to buy much more expensive ones.
However, the peg knobs are a bit too big for a 6 in line configuration. At least on my Peavey AT200. Ini that case I used the smaller peg knobs from the old set.
Overall a great product, gave 4 starts cause I think Thomann should make them with slightly smaller knobs.

Fine tuners for good price!
When I ordered these locking tuners as a replacement for nonlockable ones I didn't expect such quality from Harley Benton brand! They're much cheaper than tuners from brands like Grover or Sperzel but quality is not too far behind them. Good buy, definitely worth the money!
