after using it 20 times it broke down

The unit worked fine and did what it was suppose to do.

But when I switched it in for about 20 times it tripped the fuse of the 240 AC groep it was plugged into.
After restoring the AC power, the adapter was dead and the powerplant was also broken (maybe by the adapter malfunctioning)
It was not the AC side, since my MacBook was also plugged into the same group and it was fine afterwards

So the unit does what it promises, but I am in doubt over the reliability for professional use, since I did not have 5 spare adapter to power the pedals and this happening after 20 times 2 hours of use should not be possible with professional equipment.

Hopefully the service people at Thomann send it back with the remark that there is a production failure of some sort and not a normal product failure.

Rather disappointed, thought after reading the reviews that this would be better but unfortunately it's power is not grounded and it has a horribly loud hum and fizz.

It's a real shame as it looks the part and seemed to be fine initially.

I would not recommend this. I'm only powering a MXR distortion pedal, JHS phaser, JHS chorus and a wah pedal. The noise is unacceptable.

A little disappointed, as my Darkglass B3K is still noisy as hell with this power supply. Oh my, should have bought something good.

The outputs on this output have enough AC signal content that it causes some of my pedals to have a distinct noise in them that clears up when a boss power supply is used. This happens even when the pedal is the only one plugged into this power supply.

I would never recommend this power supply.

My first review was a good one. For most pedals it works fine.

It says it will deliver 2x500mA but I doubt it. The Boss MS-3 and the Digitech ambient verb both will not work with this power supply when they should.

I’ll be looking for a replacement.
