Product not fit for purpose
UPDATE the second power supply that Thomann sent me also failed after about 5 band practice sessions. This time one of the channels caused massive electrical interference to the pedal connected to it.
I got a refund and bought a more expensive but hopefully reliable alternative.
I am a big fan of Thomann's Harley Benton products but in this case Thomann you need to really review your product quality
ORIGINAL REVIEW The product looks well made and is supplied with an excellent range of connecting cables - all for a very good price.
All my pedals were powered correctly and everything was fine - for about an hour. You could hear a loud buzzing noise from the amp which stopped when you disconnected the power supply. When cool it would work fine for an hour but started buzzing again. There was obviously a problem with something overheating so i contacted Thomann customer service.
then the problems started. I had 3 weeks to solve the issue before leaving for a long term trip to australia. I got no response from thomann, they ignored my follow up emails and then eventually said they'd send me a free replacement. I told them to send it before my departure date - no response again. Follow up emails; still no response. I departed - then 2 days after my departure a new power supply turned up and through an incredible stroke of luck my bass player had come round to my house to pick up something he'd left there and was able to receive the parcel for me;
I'm back from australia in 2 weeks so i can try the replacement.
in the meantime, Thomann, your customer service in this case was terrible

Doesn’t perform well and is unreliable
This power supply provides no significant benefits in terms of cleaner power over a daisy chain. It isn’t truly isolated and has a very short life due to how hot it gets whenever used. The per mantle fixed in mains cable is impractical and there is no UK plug option, so an adapter is required.

Good little unit but very noisy
Allegedly this is isolated, but there's a lot of noise and crosstalk. It won't kill your pedals, but it'll kill your tone with 60 cycle hum. Invest in something beefier if you're using even a modicum of gain/volume

Died after 5 minutes and killed 3 of my pedals too.
This piece of work destroyed 300 pounds worth of gear in 5 minutes after I got it. Voltage, current, and polarity all should've been suitable, but this pedal messed it up. thanks.
