Paid Double, Got Nothing but Headaches – Thomann Customers Beware
I bought this Harley Benton and was very disappointed with the quality. Out of the box, the Tune-o-Matic bridge rattles, which makes the guitar unpleasant to play. The supplied Allen key doesn’t even fit the truss rod, so basic adjustments aren’t possible without buying extra tools.
I expected better QC. For a brand new guitar, this is not acceptable. Instead of focusing on playing, I had to immediately troubleshoot hardware issues. If you are looking for something reliable, be aware that this model may require repairs or upgrades straight away.
