Unreliable
Great thing about this product is that you can patch a cable at a precise length you need for your pedalboard. However the cord you cut is pretty rigid and not too flexible. I have wired my board with everything working, put it in a flight case, and when I took it out and plugged it in a few days later, one cable wasn't working. I unscrewed it and aligned it again, but a few days later same thing happened again to a different cord. Since this is solderless, it's always possible that a slight movement can disconnect the cable with the jack, no matter how tight you screw it. If you need your pedal board to be on stand by and ready to go in a moment every time, maybe this product isn't for you. However if you use it at home, and always have time to tinker, it's a good money saver. When properly connected, the sound is good, there is no diminishment in quality compared to some of the soldered patch cables.

I changed my 5+5 star opinion to 2+3 and here is why
When i first bought this product in November 2020 I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and user-friendliness of the item. One and half year later it became terrible. Here is why:
1. The screwdriver is made from a cheaper material and the metal crumbles easily. Instantly worsens the user experience. Obviously with time costs were cut here.
2. The jack plugs are bigger diameter than the previous ones and compared to other cables laying around. You can't plug them into pedals easily and they obviously will put pressure on contact surfaces, and with time making them bend, so that you can't use other cables easily.
3. The cable is incredibly hard to cut precisely with the included cutter. Whether it's the change of insulation material (much more rigid, compared to the previous one), or it's the bluntness of cutter - the process of cutting rarely coincides with the manual. It's a hassle every time.
I wish the product wasn't wasted like this. The idea of the product is outstanding, the first batches were great, but now it's sad to witness the consequences of cut costs.
Make it twice as expensive if it's necessary - at least it will be a great experience like it was before.

solder free patch kit
The cable and connectors are absolutely fine for the price. If you follow the instructions on the video on youtube it's a doddle to fit it all together.
The tools that come with it however, should be binned straight away, unusably cheap and hopeless.

Okay for the price
As a budget alternative to name brand products, I wasn't expecting the moon from this cable kit. Positives: the flat jacks are a great space saver on the pedalboard; the cables seem sturdy enough; signal fidelity seems okay most of the time. Negatives: the tools provided are of low quality, the screw driver's handle fell off and the cable cutter wasn't nearly sharp enough; at shorter lengths, the cables can get very noisy.

would not recommend
Would never buy again - super bad assembly guide(and only in german)
tried to look for an "official" youtube guide - never found one. The ones that were, weren't much use.
1 or 2 of the plugs didnt work after several retries at cutting the wire.
If you want cheap(and most likely unreliable) you should buy this.

Boy more than you actually need
Not the best of qualities, I actually had one break while I was trying to connect it to my pedals. If you don't plan to plug them in and out often and you buy a couple more than you actually need, they 'll probably do the job. For the price I think they are still worth it.

Its okay product but the cable cutter is rather useless, the jack also broke only one use
