Hats off!
The Millenium Stage hi hat stand is from Thomanns own brand of musical instruments and certainly stands up well as a main hi hat stand or as a second backup to a practice kit.The first thing i was looking for was a hi hat stand that's sturdy and this is the case as the legs are double braced which add good stability when opened out, stopping it from moving around on stage. It comes with a solid, metal footplate with the 'Millenium' logo which is connected to the hi hat rod via a large chain and is quite smooth to operate. The stand can be set at different heights to suit your preference and has a memory lock which enables for quick set up at the right height. On top of that it comes with its own hi hat clutch and is at a nice weight for easy enough transport. Overall, a sturdy, robust piece of equipment that is great value for money!

Quality meets the price
First impression is really good. Design looks nice and solid. 3 legs looks thick, heavy and durable. Only the upper part tube is light and metal is thin. Control pedal could be a bit more responsible. There is small latency then it is needed to lift the hi hat for a while at higher tempos (~160-180 bpm eighth even quarter notes. But probably it can be adjusted. Has not found out it yet. What is more, those who like to mount hi-hat very high, should check the height before buying. I used Pearl stand supplied with forum series drums before. It was a bit higher.
All in all quality meets the price. I am satisfied with it.

Quality for affordable price
Sturdy construction, smooth to play and durable. Legs open wide enough so it won't wobble even during intense speed metal play.
Only thing that's missing is the option to move the whole pedal assembly as to accommodate double bass pedals. Otherwise, for its price it's a good choice.
