Great upgrade
This device has been a major upgrade for my sound, both in live performances and in my home studio recordings. Whether I use a microphone or piezo pickups, it greatly helps preserve the natural quality and character of the acoustic instrument I play.
I build and perform with ancient Greek lyres, in which I install piezo pickup systems. Amplifying and recording these instruments is generally quite challenging, especially in live performance situations. With the help of this device, I have managed to solve, to a great extent, the difficulty of making such a soft and delicate instrument be heard clearly within a rock band setting, while still preserving its natural and organic character.
