It's not padded at all.
I can not expect shock absorption.
It's just a thin sheet of paper with some solid feel to it.
There seems to be no need to protect the element column speakers.
It just made for convenience of travel.
I do not recommend it if you live to protect your speakers.
I was wondering when I bought ep1, there was no case
I bought this stuff and I had a case to hold ep1.
The ep1 case is made of cloth only.
Anyway, this product seems to have no purpose to protect the speaker.
