Good basic multieffect unit but it lacks some features
Beware of this unit if you want to get all-around-multi-tool for guitar etc instruments. I say this because to me this unit was not what I expected. For instance it was way too little for my use and I found out that the EXP pedal in this unit works only volume or other parameter controller BUT NOT as a WAH! pedal even you try to push it down many times and there is even light for assuming that it is dual purpose EXP footswitch but it is not!!! The only way you would get wah working in each patch you´ll have to assign a momentary button for the wah and after that you would change the wah effect with the EXP. This is very annoying feature and it is totally worthless and not what I thought it would be... To me volume AND wah must be in the same EXP.
Display is little hard to see so you have to use it on the desk/table etc. Touch screen is +++ I didn´t get so good sounds with this in my Fender LT25 practice amp or in Koch Multitone II tube amp. I think this unit could be best as a sound interface and DAW straight forward recording, maybe not with different kinds of amps.

Great and versatile tool for a guitarist
The variety of it sounds is amazing! I like it how u can customize your sound easily with this tool and also upload some external impulse responses. Plus for a great tuner feature! If you get this make sure you have a good computer because the USB signal worked very weakly with my 8ram laptop and the signal turned out to be really muddy and not clear at all.

Great unit for the price
I was looking for something more portable than my old Pod HD500, for band practice (grunge / 90s rock coverband), and upgrading the sound quality at the same time was a bonus. I went by a lot of Youtube videos that showed that this unit had a specific mid-forward sound which I like (as opposed to the more scooped Mooers etc.).
Overall I'm very pleased with it. I enjoy it very much plugged directly into studio monitors, very inspiring. I also enjoy it for direct recording, though I must say that I couldn't get it to work properly connected to USB. No big deal as I have a simple interface that I can plug it into instead.
I love the ability to load your own IRs, the built in ones are good, but there are better ones.
One thing to mention is that you have to take care of your gain staging inside the chain, as you can overdrive it if you're not careful. Just use your ears.

Ampero, small unit great sound!
I am satisfied with the purchase. Ampero looks good, small but very solid, sounds are very good. I'm using it connected through a mixer with XLR balanced outputs. Using Pc interface it's so simple. Of course it's not Kemper but considering the price it's amazing!

A great thing for rehearsals and for concerts in small rooms. The sound is pleasant for the most part (I was only disappointed with a couple of effects), great for High Gain players. All buttons can be assigned as you want, you can connect a midi controller and expand the processor's functionality by adding one more expression pedal in addition to the built-in one, or a footswitch for two buttons. A very nice and bright touch screen makes it a lot easier to set up this device.
