Excellent delivery service to the UK. Always kept up to date with delivery times. Guitar well packaged. Personally, the action is a tad too high for fingerstyle so I'll need to sort that. Guitar wasn't tuned but didn't expect that either. Regrettably there is a small mark on the fretboard but I'm not too bothered. This is a budget guitar afterall. I'm sure it would be changed if I requested it. They seem to have an excellent customer service. However, if this was a £1500 Martin it would be going back for a set up and no marks. Overall I'm happy and would definitely buy another guitar in the future and would recommend.
