Dreams can come true!
Well i have no words to explain how much im gratuful for this guitar.
Since i were a kid for about 15 years now i dreamed about getting Ibanez JEM 7V and i couldnt effort it, but right now after long time saving money and i was ready to go and finally makes my dream to get this guitar!
And its just Perfection! the sound, the details, the harmonics, the art, the comfortable its just on another planet!
Steve Vai really gave it alot of attention when creating this one with Ibanez.
Thanks a lot!

It's an instrument that can do pretty much everything.
I could get into a lot of technical details and tests I've done with this instrument but instead of going through all that I'll just say that no matter what you want to play, from super cleans to soft blues to heavy metal, this instrument can do it (given the appropriate supplementary gear). What's most remarkable for me is that even if you plug this guitar to the smallest practice amp or a full fledged tube amp, the clarity, warmth, different voicings on the pickups (via 5 way switch) and harmonics are immediately distinguishable and present compared to other instruments I've used.
It's also undeniably beautiful, a work of art and craftmanship really, which for me at least, is an inspiring factor also (sound and playability too of course) for picking up an instrument and wanting to play.
My only gripe is that I've noticed that the gold color on the trem system is beginning to fade with use. Something I did not expect at this price tag and I take good care of the instrument, meaning, clean it up after each playing session with a microfiber cloth etc. Other than this, yes it's costly but you certainly get what you're paying for and that is an excellent instrument for life given the appropriate care. Used it in all kinds of scenarios, meaning from home recordings to live gigs and it delivers superbly. Tuning and intonation is also very stable which is usually a "thing" with other guitars if you like to bend and vibrato a lot.
