Simply the best
These are the best picks I have held in my life...ever. There is sand paper grip on both sides. Initially they are a bit strange to play with since they stick to you fingers so hard. But my brain quickly adapted. The tip of the pick is plastic and does not wear off as quickly as other cheaper alternatives. The only drawback is that every now and then I hit a string harder the sandpaper touches the metal string. It's no game changer, just feels awkward.

For me, great pick
A little smaller than I am used to, but great grip, hard enough and good durability. Good pick all round for me.

Pick yourself up, start all over again...
How many times (mid solo) usually has your pick flown out of those nimble fingers and shot across the stage, once?, twice? three times? Lets be honest, in a live gig once is once too many.
In the past I've tried all the tricks, rubbed a pick with sand paper, got the drummer to stubb out his cigarette on it, tried marking it with my soldering iron, all to no avail.
Now a simple solution, buy these picks. Even with the sweatiest hands I'd defy anyone to drop these picks (ok there'll still be someone who can) but these picks are designed for 99.9% of us guitar players who drop from time to time.
Downside?...only one, if you play an acoustic without the soundhole covered and you drop it inside....well...you're on your own...lol

Cool yellow thing
I find these picks best for my needs. Small, grippy, durable, and bright color.

Being picky
These, as well as the thicker PPA16MSG-DB, are the best picks I've used. They grip well, better than the Dunlop ones I was using before. Wouldn't expect anything less tha perfection from Ibanez.
(may be biased, got four of their guitars!)

My favorite picks
Ok so simple put it this is my favorite pick. First of all these sand paper coated picks just have the grip you will need if you have sweating hands like me ,atleast on gigs when your nervous. Also why dont all picks get made of this pink color because other picks are usually made from dark colors which i just can't find anywhere where i put them. Like if i drop my dark pick on top of my black cap i can't find it without flashlight. Frustraiting and pointless. Only bad thing i could think of these picks is that if you drop one under something its really annoying to get it out There because of that friction that sandpaper makes.
