Not great - not terrible.
I was expecting a bit more from K&M but I guess I should've had went for a more expensive option.
If you don't plan on adjusting your microphone a lot this can work.
Otherwise, I suggest skipping this stand - the ground base quickly lost the grip and the main pipe always ends up hitting the bottom which obstructs the existence of the three legs with rubber because the vibrations from the ground will at this point go directly back to the mic and you're unlikely to realize what had happened.
The upper arm is also pretty weak so you have to be extremely careful. I have used it almost exclusively with SM58 and it doesn't take too long to find the microphone falling down slowly.
I love K&M and in case I didn't receive a defected product, this is not really up to the standards. I will consider buying a pricier version soon.

Not the best.
No matter how hard i try to fasten the screw in the base, the stand always manages to slowly slide down until the bottom of the upright part of the stand touches the floor. Had it for many years and i've always been a bit annoyed by it.

Unfortunately not tight
With time the mic stand will slide down if it's not tighten really really well. Sending it back.
