Easy application and durable for long term

Using it for periodical maintenance for my clarinet key joints. Very easy to apply without squeezing the bottle. Just tapping on the joints of the keys with the tip of the needle once and job is done. Very good lubricating efficiency. Highly recommended product for periodical maintenance of your instruments.

Vielleicht für die Blasinstrumenten-Spieler unter euch jetzt seltsam, aber das Öl eignet sich auch wunderbar zur Pflege von Gitarrengriffbrettern. Die Gitarristen und Bassisten unter euch kennen die geläufigen Produkte z.B. mit Citrusduft. Fakt ist, dass diese Produkte in der Regel nicht unbedingt gut für Instrument, Mensch und Umwelt sind. Die Lösung, die ich jetzt ausprobieren und bestätigen kann, ist ein Bore Oil, das eben schon lange Anwendung an der Holzblasinstrumentfront findet. Vergleichswerte mit anderen Bore Oils kann ich leider noch nicht leisten.
Die Wirkung ist jedenfalls die, die man sich von einem Pflegeöl erhofft. Es ist ergiebig, reinigend und in der Anwendung sauber.
Eine kleine Nebenwirkung ist, dass das Griffbrett über häufigere Anwendungen hinweg ein wenig dunkler wird - in meinem Fall ist das sogar eine willkommene Nebenwirkung, da ich meine Palisander Griffbretter auf natürliche Weise gerne etwas dunkler machen möchte (anstatt sie z.B. beizen zu müssen). Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit!

Il s'agit du même produit vendu par Mc Mc Callum pour l'entretien des cornemuses. C'est nickel, ma cornemuse de 2005 est comme neuve avec ce produit. Je vais maintenant le tester sur mes touches en bois sombre (palissandre, ébène, Pau ferro...) à la place du l'huile au citron, on verra ce que ça donne.
