Using this at home and in clubs at salsa parties, the sound is good although the gold finish... wow, very poor hardware paint... it will become silver from gold in just couple of months of playing.

This is a really good Conga. I like everything about it, except for the weight. It weighs a bit, but that's probably necessary to achieve that quality.
