C
unbeatable value, any sound you want
Coln 19.01.2026
I'm one of those hobby musicians that just plays in a group once a week with my friends for fun. I was getting back into playing again after a hiatus, and needed a new bass. I chose the M6 headless MS after a lot of thought. I made the right choice for these reasons:

The sound is superb. The many controls give you so much flexibility that you can pretty much get any sound you want, as long as you have the right amp, but that's a given.

The multiscale is just very cool and not as difficult to play as you might think. There is a learning curve, but I just enjoyed playing it so much I practised more and so I took it in my stride really. I can't say it really is that much better in tune than a normal bass , but all I can say is that it stays very reliably in tune for ages - but that is because it is headless rather than it being mutliscale.

The build quality is unbeatable at this price, really good. I will need another bass that is for sure.

It's lighter and the case is the same length as my acoustic case. You wouldn't know I was carrying a bass guitar. Great quality case too.

The dragon skin strings do make a difference and being included in the price adds to the value. I am totally happy with the purchase and recommend this bass without reservation.

The only way it could be improved would be if there was some kind of wall support that held the bass around the body as I don't like putting it on the floor. I will hang from a normal wall hanger if you cram some rubber rings up close to stop the neck twisting around and falling out, but a way of supporting the body would be better. My nephew is a professional lutier, and I might ask him to make me something.

All in all, a great bass at a great price that I am very happy with.
