Son et confort sont les deux qualificatif que je trouve pour évaluer ces cordes excellentes . Confort car elles sont vraiment très agréable au toucher . Le Son : Ma Jazzbass n'a que rarement aussi bien sonné . Le son est a la fois brillant sans être métallique , il garde un beau grain consistant dans les médiums et les basses tout en restant bien défini .Vraiment content de ce produit !!!

Nachdem ich längere Zeit Elixier gespielt habe mußte ich mich
erstmal wieder an die Oberfläche der Saiten gewöhnen, sie vergleichbar zu anderen Roundwound Saiten. Die Saitenspannung ist vergleichsweise hoch, was mich aber nicht stört. Zum Sound: diese Saiten schieben ohne Ende, v.a. im Bassbereich hab ich sowas selten gehört, tatsächlich muß ich am Amp die Bässe rausnehmen. Die Höhen kommen extrem knackig, der Sound ist v.a. zum Slappen super geeignet, auch weil die Saiten sehr leicht ansprechen. Beim Fingerstyle fehlen mir etwas die Mitten, aber da regel ich etwas zu und es passt. Über die Haltbarkeit dieses außergewöhnlichen Sounds
kann ich noch nichts sagen, jetzt nach 3 Wochen klingen sie noch sehr frisch.
