It's OK but it's not great.
For this sort of money I expect a significant improvement over just sitting in my office chair and using a footrest, but after trying various positions up and down, I am back to my office chair and this guitar stool is serving time as a very expensive clothes rack in my bedroom. That said, maybe it will be perfect for someone else.
