The Mey Chair EFS-93 Foot Rest is put simply the best foot rest out there. It has a great non-slippy foot-plate. The height and angle is adjusted by only pressing a knob with the heel of your foot due to the hydraulic Gas absorber. This is the first foot rest I have ever come across with a hydraulic Gas absorber for adjusting the height elevation that suits the user. This is a great function as you might be sitting on different kind of chairs, each with different heights when playing. This foot rest gives the maximum of comfort and of ergonomical support. I couldn?t recommend this product highly enough for all guitarists. It is amazing how a little guitar accessory like this can make such an amazing change to my technique and to the way I can practice now.

I worried I was being extravagant buying such an expensive footrest, but after a week with it, I think it really is worth it. It's very solidly built, and the pneumatic height adjust with foot button is really useful. I didn't think I'd use it, but I do, all that time. Don't know how I did without it!

Love this foot rest ... Sturdy and built like a tank ... so relaxing to rest one or both feet on while Playing ... Improves posture and technique ... And adjustable .. What more could you ask for eh :)

It is a few months now and I must say it really does the job well. I broke a few foot rest before that one! At first it seemed to me pretty big but eventually it appeared reliable and pneumatics work fine.

After breaking 2 of the cheap foot rests I decided to by one that would last me more than 2 weeks. This is worth every last euro. It adjusts and helps you get comfortable. Great product

Great Footrest, Infinately adjustable

Combined this footrest with the Mey Chair Systems A9R-KB-TG-Comfort -KL3 chair to give a great playing system. Well packaged, great quality (as expected from Thomann!). Should last a lifetime, as extremely well made.
