I like this snare sound. I didnt change heads and only thing i use is 14" sound dampener ring. It is nice looking and shining snare :P Only bad thing was that, bottom strands holding straps snaps after few hits. Problem was that straps are made something synthetic film. I put new straps that are made non-stretch cotton. I like that snare more than Sonor snare with wood shell. Intresting!

Gute Snare für sehr guten Preis

Ich habe mir diese Snare eigentlich hauptsächlich zum Üben gekauft. Doch bin ich von dem Klang positiv überrascht. Bei dem Preis kann man sicherlich kein Topprodukt erwarten. Aber für den schmalen Geldbeutel und nicht allzuhohe Ansprüche ist diese Snare genau richtig. Positiv finde ich den sehr guten knackigen Klang. Ich habe das Schlagfell gut abgedämpft, da die Snare ansonsten doch unschöne Obertöne von sich gibt (Schlagfell ist sehr stark gespannt). Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist: Der obere Spannreifen verformt sich nach längerer Zeit, wenn man Rimshots spielt. Bei einer härteren Spielweise kann dies also durchaus vorkommen. Auf den Klang hat sich das bislang nicht ausgewirkt.

Mein Fazit: Gute Einstiegssnare zum üben aber auch für den ein oder anderen Livegig. Setzt sich auch im Zusammenspiel mit einer Band gut durch. Preis-/Leistung finde ich sehr gut, manche Signature-Snare klingt nicht so gut. Ich werde sie weiterhin hauptsächlich zum Üben und ab und zu mal Live einsetzen. Gerade für Einsteiger ist diese Snare zu diesem Preis (ich habe 79,- € bezahlt) ein gutes Produkt.

comprato per curiosità attirato dal prezzo molto basso, il suono è risultato ottimo cambiando la pelle battente con una normale evans G1, unica pecca i cerchi che non hanno un bel suono, ma per questo pezzo sono rimasto molto soddisfatto
