The replacement
Thomann kindly sent this as a replacement to the other one which previously broke......
Its really light i doubt it will fall over, it hasn't of yet and is stable enough to have large passive PA speakers on it and all the connectors are very snug, its just its plastic, solid plastic but i prefer these things to be metal and weigh more. Thats just me though.
I use them every week and no problems i am just very careful with them (which is probably a good thing) where if they where heavier metal ones I'd probably be a bit more rough and ready with them.
Fine for indoor probably wouldn't use out doors.

Not impressed.
I've bought four of these now and I've only used two at a time as I run open mic nights and gig with these. They are utter rubbish that never seem to last more than 12 months before the cheap plastic parts (mostly the caps to the screws and the parts that tighten up the legs go on them) though the top screws have also gone around the same time. I recommend getting something older and second hand that is heavier but built to last...

Seems to have broken
Wasn't happy with this strand it's broken on my the second time out, the plastic part at the bottom has come off, haven't got around to fixing it. Other than that it's a light stand and held my speakers fine but would rather metal connectors.

Cheap, doesn't last long
I have had this for a year and gigged it pretty intensively. But even so I would expect the screw threads to have lasted a little longer. They basically no longer tighten up. Other than that it is a fine stand.

Not Mad About These
First impressions were good, but the knobs for tightening everything in place were turning in place but having no effect shortly after getting it. Build quality seems better in the MK I version.
That said, we can still put a speaker on top of it and it sits in place under the speaker's weight. There's always the worry that it's going to come down though.

Cheap but a little bit unstable
A very good stand but it is a little bit unstable and dangerous if you have an expensive speaker for example.
Good points:
- Low price
- Low weight
- It look's good
- Good hight
Bad points:
- It is unstable for speakers heavyer than 12 kg. I use it with a Mackie thump 15 witch has arround 15 kg but it is a little bit unstable.
- Cheap materials. I won't be surprised if it would break after a year of heavy use
