Solid Product - Well worth it for speakers!
I brought these stands to use with some lights, which unfortunately were cancelled by thomann.
The stands themselves are great, and would have been the perfect height for these lights, but unfortunately for mounting things like a par bar, which I'd have liked to do, they aren't quite tall enough for this purpose. However, I've been using them with speakers and also to pole mount a TV and LED battens, and have found them to be really great for this sort of thing.
These stands would be great for speakers of almost all sizes, although I expect perhaps a 15 inch cabinet to be a little too large for these stands. For speakers their range of heights is pretty much perfect, and would definitely be a really great, cleaner and safer alternative to a traditional speaker stand.
The construction is very solid, with a sturdy base, metal and strong plastic construction, a really solid screw in pole and metal pin. Using the stand is very simple, just two parts which screw together and you're set to go.
The base is heavy, but that's a good thing, it's reassuring to know that there's a decent weight holding your speaker down to the floor! It may benefit getting a bag for the base as it's a bit slippery to carry, but all in all a well thought out and stable stand for a variety of uses.

Great quality for the price
Nice solid heavy base and sturdy pole. The fitting between the pole and base is okay, it does feel that if you were not careful, you could damage the thread in the screw, especially compared to other brands, but for the cost, it is very good.

Sleek stands for corporate
Purchased four of these for AV work and small shows there the footprint of a tripod is too large. These look great and are very stable even at maximum height. Just make sure to use on level floor. I use these for Yamaha DXR 10 cabinets. 1 point deducted for quality as one of the speaker poles was difficult to adjust and appeared to scratch the paint. Overall a good product and I will be buying more.
