Good product, bad service.

I purchased two stands and one of them arrived with paint scraped to bare metal on the adjustable pole. The damaged one was packed in a way suggesting a returned item. It wasn't marked as B-stock, so clearly someone made a mistake or didn't check the returned item properly.
