A workout just to unfold it...
Just received mine yesterday. 2 main issues:
1. The handle was stuck in the shortest position. Even with the sprung tightening screws taken fully off, the thing wouldn't budge. Ended up standing on the load part and pulling upwards like mad before it finally gave way and nearly threw me across the room! It kind of slides now, but is really sticky.
2. The release cable for the fold down load bed appears to be too long or stretched, so no matter how much I stand on it, it remains locked closed. If I spend half an hour grappling with it like a chest expander, I can eventually get it unlocked but the trolley itself is so heavy, I am shattered by the time I get to use it I can't see a way to adjust it?
Such a poor design, especially after I had the original trolley it copies for 6 years and never had an issue until it finally broke. I wish I had not tried to save money by going for this.
If it wasn't such a ton weight I would send it back for a refund.
Do not buy.....

It's a headache
I hate to leave a bad review, but come on, couldn't they really figure out a better way to unfold/fold this cart? Inconsistent, unpredictable operation. You have to use a lot of force folding and unfolding it because of the ill-designed locking mechanism from the middle ages. Aaargh!

Not what I expected
I am a busker, and this is useful for me, but I expected a rigid and very stable trolley.

nice try, but needs improvements
I needed a cart to easily transport my FRFR cabinet together with the rack case on top of it. This small cart looked perfect: light enough, small enough, and quite robust.
Too bad the mechanism to open and close the lid is completely stupidly designed. You need to push a metal wire till you basically faint, and the same goes for closing: you need to squeeze the lid until it come loose of its blocking pins.
A nice try, but the mechanism needs a lot of improvement. I can't spend all of my energy and time just to open and close a kart. It's supposed to be easy and quick to use.
