Not great.
This bench might be good for a gig (40 minutes or so) but not good for everyday practice. The foam / synthetic leather combination makes for a very sweaty surface to sit on, which can be nasty after a couple of hours. Surface also makes a "whoopee cushion" sound of air leaving when one sits down, which is highly embarrassing practicing at home late at night.
However, the bench is very solid and seems to be built to last. Might be a great option for venues to pull out for gigs.. But not great for home practice.

A nightmare to adjust height or pack
If you’re looking for a cheap piano bench that you’re keeping in one spot and is used only by you: go for it. If you want something that you can pack to gigs and quickly adjust the height of: forget it.
I also would not recommend this for longer sessions, since it doesn’t help you to have good posture.
