Lack of support for tray
As a laptop stand, this is great, and build quality is robust for the price. However, if you want to use the tray more or less horizontally, rather than sloping down with the front edge touching the feet, you will need to make your own prop, as the screws along the back edge will not hold the shelf if you put any weight on it. I have my laptop on the top, and my audio interface on the shelf, and I've had to stick a piece of wood underneath the shelf so that I can see the controls on the front of the interface.

Fiddly to put together - lots to lose
This stand has many small pieces which all come apart - even though I keep the pieces in a soft bag, I've pretty sure I'll lose pieces sooner or later.
Some of the more expensive designs of laptop stand allow you to simply fold the stand without removing too much.
If I was buying another laptop stand, this wouldn't be the one I'd pick
