The stand construction has screws. These screws are constantly unscrewing. This is a constant problem because every time I pick up the stand it is loose. several times a day the stand is loose.
All this could have been solved in some other way to make the stand more stable. I have seen similar stands where the screws are not constantly unscrewed.

It gets the job done, but that's it. It's really flimsy, not that versatile, and the material bends easily.
If you need a stand ASAP; it works. But you'll probably want to upgrade soon enough.
