Decent for the price
The throne doesn't go as high as I'd like it to, so this is just a spare seat for guitarists or whoever else...
The leather seat itself is okay quality with nice contours. The legs of the stand are heavy duty and solidly built but non adjustable.
You twist the seat to lower or raise the height, and it keeps the level it is set to well.
The top of the seat wobbles a very small amount, but nothing to worry about.
All in all it is pretty good value really, just be aware of the vertical limitations.

It's cheap
For the money it's great. There are many niggles. It sways a lot. The screw used to tighten the seat on the rod has to be EXTRA tight or else the whole thing moves. And then good luck getting it off again.

Great practice throne
Took gigging once, and a part came loose that wasn't entirely fixable.
Great if it's being used by just yourself, but with others adjusting it it can break fairly easily.
