Not very nice
Pretty disappointing. Yes, I knew this was a low-cost stand and I bought these for a specific gig, not for general use. I wouldn't use these in the studio. Having a single 'lock' for both reach and angle on the boom is inconvenient. The height adjustment is sticky. The boom attachment thread is non-standard so it can't be used as a non-boom upright stand.

Njaaaa!
Bought this to mic some congas good but not that sturdy when you begin extend the boom arm, any mic heavier than the Shure PGA181will sure make that stand fall when placed on it.

Good for a rehearsal space
Well, it's about as cheap as they come but surprisingly I've never had one fail. Used to have a few of these in rehearsal spaces for years with zero problems. They're not hard to knock over, tho. And they're pretty flimsy, meaning anything heavier than a standard handheld dynamic (think SM58) will have the Millenium leaning to one side.
Get something sturdier if you're looking to put a reflection filter and/or a broadcast-type mic on a stand.
