Dont waste your money
I got these to use at home for some rack equipment I have. I haven't had and problems with millennium equipment before this and the price was good so I decided to go for two of them.
This is possibly the worst quality piece of equipment I have ever received, it is a total waste of money. Do not buy this unless you want to be disappointing. When I put the first one together I though maybe I just got a dud, but the second one was the exact same.
The screws supplied are near impossible to screw into the rack with no equipment in play, never mind trying it while holding some equipment in place. It's almost like the screw holes were tapped, and then the coating was applied afterwards, so now the screws don't fit it properly.
Save yourself the money and buy something better than this. They are totally unusable, mine are going in the bin, the cost to return them isn't worth the effort.

This product is a bad joke, degrades Thomann’s catalog
This is not for working musicians, this is a bad toy. So badly designed! Do not buy it, its not worth it.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
Received the racks and after assembly they are not holding together and everything is really loose og wiggly.
It is designed in an angle so you cant have anything over 5 cm in depth mounted in the bottom 2U.
There is basicly no thread and the thread that there is, is full of excess welding material. That makes it so that the screws dont go in at all. I managed to get two screws to go in about 3 turns but that was it... While trying this most of the screws ended up breaking.
All in all worst thomann experience. It does not even make sense to return becuase it would cost more than the racks.
Conclusion dont waste your time with this!

Not impressed
Sadly, this rack stand does not impress. The low price is reflected in the low quality. the screws that come with the kit, the ones you need to mount gear in the rack, are just a tiny bit too large to fit in the holes without being massively forced. rendering the stand almost useless until you go out and replace th screws with better ones.

So bad i had to write about it
I never write bad reviews, but this stand is just so bad that i must write something :-D
Ok, it's really cheap but for about 16€ they could at least cut a threads in holes, so if you buy one of this, i hope you have your thread making tool set ready!
Also spacing of mounting holes is way off. When mounting 8U Unit, the 4th hole is off by about 2 mm so there is no way to put a screw through.
If you want to use all 12U, you must remove upper bar which holds 2 parts together, but at least that does not compromise stability.
Beside that, there is not much to say... If you don't have time and/or tools to make your own threads in all holes, you should buy another stand of better quality

terrible
This used to be a great product - they have since changed manufacturers and the screws simply do not fit. If you're lucky you might get one in part way but the screw will be destroyed. I ended up using cable ties (!) to mount stuff - really rubbish produce. It's a shame as I have another 3 of these and they were great.

Don’t recommend it
If I may say and first I apologize for the expression "full of shit"
The screws are made of some kind of "Chinese cheese" metal, the same as the rest of the stand. The quality is acceptable if you only use cheap stuff

Screws do not screw or fit
What should have been a quick 10 minute job to fit my rack devices into this rackstand became nearly a 3 hour ordeal to try and salvage the situation. The screw fittings on one of the sides were ok, but on the left side of both stands that I bought didn't have an internal thread. Given the price of the stand it wasn't worth the effort of returning, so I tried to create a thread using old screws and a power drill. In the end, I managed to use stands, but it was a total waste of money and time. Should have gone to a better quality product. This is disappointing because Millenium gear tends to be reasonable quality but this was just unusable.
