We bought the Moeck flute for our son, whereby it was important not only to buy some plastic flute. Since I myself played the flute in the past and I still have my own wood flute and therefore I know a lot about it, the quality was important to me. When we ordered the Moeck 1024 Flauto 1 Plus, I was still somewhat skeptical, because the head of the flute is made of plastic and only the rest of wood.

But I must say that I was surprised at how good the flute sounds. Although it is not quite comparable with my wood flute, but is still sound good. Only the accessories for cleaning the flute leaves something to be desired. Here is only a plastic rod for the reinstopfen of a leather and the leather itself supplied, which is cumbersome, since one does not quite get through it, because it is stuck in the middle then and then have to go from the other side. Since I found the cleaning brushes earlier better.
