Ma vieille basse d'occaz customisé par mes soins avec les moyens du bord en 90, méritait bien cette mise à niveau côté électronique.
Fini les soudures pourries d'époque épic, fini les craquements parasites et bzzz à prendre le jus avec le micro.
Certe le kit est d'un certain coût, environ 3 fois le prix des composants non pré-câblé mais le travail le plus dur est fait au top par des pros, juste à souder les micros et hop.
Je ne crains plu de brancher ma basse et enfin de passer sur une interface.

Top verarbeitet, Einbau problemlos (wenn man einigermaßen löten kann).
Ein kleines Problem ergibt sich eventuell mit dem Durchmesser der Poti-Achse und den Löchern in der Kontrollplatte, bzw. im Korpus:
Diese Mojotone Potis kommen aus den USA, sind also NICHT metrisch sondern imperial.
Asiatische Instrumente sind aber so gut wie immer metrisch, also können da die Löcher etwas zu klein sein.
Für meinen Squier Jazzbass habe ich also eine original Fender Kontrollplatte verwendet. Zudem benötigen die dickeren, zölligen Potiachsen spezielle Potiknöpfe, nicht nur zöllig, sondern auch mit einer seitlichen Schraube zum festsetzen.
Die Funktion ist top: Potis laufen sahnig und haben eine perfekte Charakteristik. Das Tonpoti funktioniert wunderbar.
Absolute Empfehlung zum Upgrade von günstigeren Fernostinstrumenten.
Bei USA Fendern gibt es m.E. keine große Verbesserung.
