overpriced but that's likely Neumann.

it does what it's supposed to. I only got the Neumann clip because one of my studio staff damaged a clip that belonged to someone else. Otherwise I would have looked at cheaper clips by other brands that do the same thing. Also, i'm not sure it will last as long as the rubber used by brands like AKG. (this is metal and plastic)

I love Thomann and I trust their pricing, so my assumption is that Neumann themselves set the high price on this item, as many quality manufacturers do for their clips and cradles.
